Gettysburg
We spent the morning on the bus listening to presentations from the boys on the Civil War & Gettysburg and wached a History Channel presentation on the Gettysburg battle. The boys are all well, happy and fed. They're waiting for a movie and browsing the store at the Gettysburg memorial.
The boys on the Northern stronghold that was the decisive element of the battle: Little Round Top.

The group pictures are so fun! The sea of colors in the baseball hats is amazing, so many different groups, it will be fun to see at the Jamboree! I can't imagine that many young men in one place.
ReplyDeletePlease remind the BOYS to write the things they are learning in their journals. So many amazing things are happening so quickly, we don't want them to forget them! Jake's mom
